The Scarefest Film Festival: Starting Friday at 1PM*
Included with Admission: Friday 1PM through 8PM, Saturday and Sunday during regular convention hours. The Scarefest Film Festival takes a new format this year at LexLive! First: it actually starts before* the convention doors open so that those of you who arrive early will have a great way to kick off the weekend. Just show up at LexLive with ANY Scarefest pass (or buy one there in our ticket kiosk) and watch all of the horror and paranormal as you wish in the comfort of a real theater.
Friday is Hero Day
All First Responders (law enforcement, firefighters, medics, and military – active and retired) get free admission to the expo floor during convention hours Friday. Just show up with your official I.D. No purchase nor pre-ticketing necessary.
The Official Start of Scarefest: Friday 3PM
VIP level pass holders and Media Pass holders converge on the black carpet at 3PM Friday at the expo entrance for massive photo opportunities of our celebrities, speakers, and other dignitaries.
Scream Queen Contest: 6PM Friday
Included with Admision: Save your voices, ladies. Get ready to use your instrument in our Scream Queen Contest. Loud. Blood-curdling. Piercing. Share the scare with us! Held on the Main Entertainer Stage.
Casualty Friday LIVE: 7PM Friday
Included with Admision: Fan favorites Felissa Rose, Tiffany Shepis, and Kane Hodder bring you into their show with a LIVE recording of their hit podcast Casualty Friday. This event has been moved to the Main Panel Stage on the convention floor and is no longer a ticketed event.
Tessa Del Zoppo Gallery Reading: 8PM Friday

Throw Axes with Killers: Friday 9PM
Ticketed Event: Spend quality time in a room full of your favorite movie killers throwing axes at Battle Axes, 1170 Manchester Street, Suite 160. Shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided.
Scream Queens in the LexLive Bowl-O-Rama: Friday 9PM
Ticketed Event: When your entertainment venue has a bowling alley and you have scream queens… you take them bowling. Choose your favorite celebrity and wear clean socks.
Scaryoke: Friday 9PM until ?
Free Public Event: Bowling and ax throwing not your thing? Well get your song on. We are taking over the Corner Bar at LexLive and doing Scaryoke. Expect some celebrities to drop in (because they LOVE Scaryoke). Basically… it’s karaoke for horror fans!
Friday's Feature Movie: 9:30PM
Included with Admission: Join us after the expo at the LexLive LFX Theater (theater) with members (TBA) of the cast of Killer Klowns from Outer Space for a special showing of this cult classic. Introduction from cast begins at 9:00.
Film Festival Feature Presentation: Friday 10PM
Included with Admission: Join us after the expo at LexLive with writer/director Scott Tepperman as he hosts a Feature Presentation of his latest movie, Cruel Summer.
Friday's Midnight Movie
Included with Admission: Join us at Midnight at LexLive with actor Mark Torgl as he hosts a Feature Presentation of his cult classic, The Toxic Avenger. Introduction begins at 11:30PM
